
Green Catering Guidelines
As the only Certified Green Catererâ„¢ in Wisconsin, we are committed to operating as environmentally friendly as possible. We use packaging that is recyclable, compostable, biodegradable, or reusable. Here are some guidelines on how to properly dispose of any materials that come with our drop-off catering services:
Foil pans - Fully recyclable, but need to be rinsed first.
Metal Chafer Frames - Fully recyclable or reuse.
Serving Utensils - Fully recyclable, but need to be rinsed first.
Flatware - Compostable; if unable to compost, these are biodegradable and can be disposed of in regular trash.
Napkins - Compostable; if unable to compost, these are biodegradable and can be disposed of in regular trash.
Platters/Bowls - Fully recyclable, but need to be rinsed first.
Balsa Wood Platters - Compostable and fully recyclable.
Plates - Compostable; if unable to compost, these are biodegradable and can be disposed of in regular trash.
Anything Palm Leaf - Compostable; if unable to compost, these are biodegradable and can be disposed of in regular trash.
Sterno - Dispose of in regular trash.
